Where the newly released Titans are unleashed against the White Mantle and remaining Mursaat, reducing Kryta to ashes in the process but leaving it to a population falling over themselves to be grateful to him; where its new Queen hands him a royal appointment in gratitude, even if in name only, and where the Shining Blade celebrate him as a hero
Where he marches his army into Ascalon, killing all who stand in his way - to defeat the Charr, or so he claims. Where Adelbern sees an Orrian marching out of Kryta with unstoppable abominations under his command and refuses Khilbron’s gestures of help, sending his already thinly spread troops to attack. Between the Charr and the Titans, Ascalon is lost; what little survived the Searing soon falls to Khilbron’s monsters. Where the Ring of Fire lies abandoned, save for its monsters. Sohothin was tossed through the open doorway, a gift for anyone who happened to be waiting on the other side. Tales are sometimes heard from sailors of new ships that sail those seas, crewed by demons that shine as bright as the sun.
Where a thousand miles away in Kourna, a proud and foolish Warmarshal recieves a messenger; her work is no longer necessary. Night falls.
